Info entered into these lists cannot be viewed by other community members, including the site administrator. Some of these lists have a "public" checkbox when you add items that let you share the item with the community. For example, you can mark a recipe as "public" and it will show up on the main Recipes page. Notes and Contacts that you mark as "public" will be shown for your household in the Households view on the People page. One possible use of this feature is to show emergency contacts and info for your household.
